| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 비정규직 근로형태에 따른 임금격차의 원인과 해결 방안을 찾고자 하며, 특히 비정규직 고용 지속기간과 인적자본 수익률의 관계를 실증적으로 분석한다. 한국노동패널 자료를 사용하여 연속이행 모형으로 이들 관계를 분석한 결과 비정규직 지속기간이 길어짐에 따라 교육과 경력의 인적자본 수익률이 점진적으로 하락하였다. 이 결과는 비정규직 고용의 특성인 고용의 불안정성, 열악한 작업환경, 현장 교육의 부족으로 기대수익이 작기 때문에 현재 직장에서의 인적자본의 투자가 작아짐을 의미한다. 따라서 정규직과 비정규직 간의 소득 불평등도를 완화시키기 위해서는 우선적으로 고용의 안정과 인적자본 투자를 장려하는 정책이 필요하다. | - |
