| dc.description.abstract | 최근 미국에서의 성별 직종분리의 추이는 과밀가설이라는 기존의 이론적 틀로는 설명될 수 없는 다원적인 양태를 보이고 있다. 이 글에서는 성별 직종분리의 최근 추이에서 나타난 몇가지 의문점들을 살펴보고 이를 종합적으로 설명할 수 있는 새로운 분석시각에 대해 논의한다. 이 글은 성별 직종분리를 직종특성(job characteristics)에 대한 선택모형으로 접근한다. 이로부터 얻어진 직접선택확률이 임금함수의 선택편의를 보정하는 데 사용되는 결합추정방법이 제시된다. 실증분석에는 미국의 인구조사(Current Population Surveys)와 직업사전(Dictionary of Occupational Titles)이 사용된다. | - |
